I am always trying to find new ways to use some of the equipment I already own for the BBG program.  This week the only equipment you will need for the challenge is the bench.  If you don’t own a bench you can use a park bench or one at your gym.

The Workout

3 Rounds:  1st Round 15 Reps of each, 2nd Round 12 Reps of each, 3rd Round 8 Reps of each

  1. Sit to Stand
  2. Dip and Kick (each side)
  3. Booty Bridge
  4. Waist Cincher
  5. V-Sit Bicycles
  6. Incline Push-Ups
