Welcome to another edition of Fitness Friday! The weather is starting to get nice again, so I thought it would be fun to do an outdoor park workout. This workout takes less than 30 minutes to complete and will definitely get your heart rate up! It switches between a cardio based exercise and an exercise meant to tone.

The Workout

The Workout consists of 3 circuits that are each 9 minutes long with a one minute rest in between each circuit.

Circuit One: (9 minutes)

Run Stairs X 2

25 Sit-Ups

Repeat for the full 9 minutes

One Minute Rest

Circuit Two: (9 minutes)

Run the length of one field

At the end of the field do 15 Squats

Repeat for the full 9 minutes

Circuit Three: (9 Minutes)

100 Jump Ropes OR 100 Mountain Climbers

24 Walking Lunges

Repeat for the full 9 minutes

Collapse on the ground and congratulate yourself for a job well done!
